Claudia manages the Maricopa Small Business Development Center client database and conducts file reviews for linearity, support and economic impact as well as providing productivity reports to various cities within Maricopa County. She manages the Center’s budgetary disciplines and coordinates budget items with the College Financial System (CFS).
Claudia directs planning and coordination for events, seminars and marketing materials.
She has had budgetary accountability for $3M in business improvement projects for Industry Network Corporation (INC) headquartered in New Mexico and operating out of Arizona. Claudia helped develop intrastate policies and protocols for standardization and efficiencies supporting corporate and state goals. She developed administrative teams in New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and Alaska. She organized meetings, trade shows, conferences, and coordinated national and state legislative (NIST/MEP) interaction.
As part of the Coldwell Banker Chicago group she supported the Builders Services Department in new home builder sales and community development. Claudia was also part of the Corporate Relocation team researching schools, churches and community activities for senior executives relocating to Chicago and surrounding areas. While working within the Marketing Department she coordinated and edited ads for the resale of homes for Coldwell Banker Realtors.
Early in her career Claudia also managed a personal care small business.
