NxLevel is an intensive program to help entrepreneur’s reach that “Next” level of success. AZSBDC proudly offers this program throughout the State to help clients build better businesses & communities. This is being offered as a 10 week course designed for people who want to grow their business and need the skills to take their business to the next level. Starts Monday, Jan. 23rd, and continues on Mondays until April 2, 2012. Participants develop a business plan which acts as the blueprint for their progress, and upon successful completion of the course the participant will have learned:
• How to develop and test their business concept
• How to organize and manage their business
• How to research and market their business
• How to understand and get their financials in order
• How and where to get funding for their business
• How to determine feasibility of their business concept
• How to develop a network with other entrepreneurs
Cost $200 includes 3-credit hours, text and all materials.

This program features “hands on” use of computer station, provided through a donation by Hewlett-Packard Corporation, and focuses on the business problem rather than the software. All software used in the program is free, open-source programs that students can use from home or with their small business. Doing Your Marketing Plan – Learn to do your marketing plan by helping a Korean couple plan their new restaurant, and see what is involved in setting a mission, planning using the four P’s of marketing: product, place, promotion, and pricing. Includes a template that allows you to work on your own business plan and build your marketing section.

Doing Your Financial Plan – The financial plan is the hardest part of a business plan for most budding entrepreneur’s. This class will show how to look at your finances and build a set of projections for your new business. Includes free projection template that you can use for your small business.
