DESCRIPTION:Writing a strategic plan requires a measured\, methodical approach.  This course\, Creating Your Strategic Plan\, applies a step-by-step\, five-phase approach to strategic planning\, utilizing a simplistic\, precision model to fully create an effective action oriented plan. \nAt the end of this class you will understand: \nThe basic theories\, models\, concepts and tools to develop and execute your strategic plan.  Our ultimate goal is to transform you into an expert strategic planner and give you the opportunity to earn your credentials as a certified strategic planner. \nThese are proven methodologies and concepts that Mr. McClean has developed and used time and time again to provide growth and significant return on investments for numerous organizations around the globe. \nA copy of the presentation and some free resources will be emailed to all attendees after the class. \nSpeaker(s): Presented by Colonel David R.
