Raising Capital – Funding Basics and Lender Insights
The SBDC and SBA are sponsoring this West Valley event to bring knowledge, resources and expertise to small businesses.
Often times, knowing the options for developing a funding strategy and then understanding and sorting through the lending options available can be overwhelming for a small business owner.
This informative and interactive program opens with an education portion that covers basic information about commercial loans, types, sources and how to prepare for lending requests. A panel of lenders will provide insight and information related to the types of business they service, loans offered, and suggestions for how to prepare for a meeting with a lender. The session concludes with open time to meet and greet each panelist and gather information about their products and services.
Note: This session is focused on capital sources from lenders and does not cover angel investors.
