Email marketing, social media marketing, networking, reaching out to your best customers regularly – all of these tasks take time but with consistency, these tried and true marketing methods will keep your customers coming back for more and increase your reach with new customers. If you don’t have time yourself, then outsource the more time-consuming tasks. Even when sales are up, dedicating time to marketing tasks will keep those sales coming in more regularly.
Ask Your Customers What They Need
It’s easy to get locked into the products and services that you’ve been selling but what else could you provide that your customers are looking for? Getting your best customers on the phone and simply asking is a great way to build relationships, make them feel important, and discover new ways of serving them. Sometimes it’s as simple as packaging services together or offering complimentary products and services. You just don’t know until you ask!
